04 July 2010

The stream of submissions to our Publishing Contest 1 continues. You may see the "countown" yoyo'ing up and down, as we keep making up (and changing) our mind. We want to keep quality, yet we do not want to stiffle creativity - on the contrary, and the resulting ponderations may become visible on the countdown.

Presently, we retained the following poets for inclusion (names spelled the way we are going to use them; please send us VERY short bio's): Albert Russo, A.D. Winans, Nermin Nazim, Al Beck, Laura Lamarca, w. jude aher, Farida Samerkhanova, Amitava Chakrabarty, Lisa Zaran, Frank Joussen, Timothy McNeal, Helen Howell, Lynn Veach Sadler, Dominic Berry, Joseph Kennedy, John Coopey, Namita Krishnamurthy, Ken Eaton-Dykes, Eli Anderson, Wanda Lea Brayton, A. Molotkov, Rob Sherman, Zion, Della Ann Antony, Mark Gillies, Michael Lee Johnson, Duncan Jones, Chrys Salt, michael j sullivan, Stuart Higginson.

NOTES:

1. If you submitted, yet your name does not appear in above list - feel free to submit other 2 entries, you never know what may catch our fancy.
2. Poems submitted for both the Main Contest and the Publishing Contest are retained ONLY for the Main Contest).
3. Even if we may not have chosen your entry, remember: you can submit to our magazine's "anything goes" section and your poem WILL be published online, in the current magazine. Our taste, after all, suffers from the usual human shortcomings and limitations, and we are the first to admit it.
